12 Days of Fat Blast – No-equipment HIIT Christmas Workout

A 15-minute HIIT Christmas workout that requires no equipment but a surefire to burn extra holiday calories

Christmas Christmas Christmas…If you are like the some of us, you may have a love-hate relationship with the holiday season.

It’s so relaxing to spend time with family and friends, unwrap Christmas gifts and of course, bite into dozens of Christmas cookies

When gyms are mostly closed, lying in the sofa drinking eggnog seems like the only reasonable thing to do. But with so much more calories pouring into our body, an efficient fat burning workout is needed more than ever.

So we’ve put together a full-body Christmas HIIT workout that requires no equipment. You can do it anywhere anytime you want! 

Perform each movement for 30 seconds and push yourself to the limit. And take 10 seconds of rest between each movement.

Take 2 minutes of rest between sets and restore your breathe. Doing 2 sets of this Christmas full-body HIIT workout takes 15 minutes but you’ll definitely feel the BURN!

If you are more advanced or have more time to squeeze out from your holiday agenda, repeat this workout for 3 times or more!

6. Lunge walks

If you are opt for burning more calories, feel free to add a pair of dumbbell while doing walking lunges.

7. Burpees
